3. Compressor oil pipe is blocked: The compressor oil pipe is blocked, the air compressor oil volume is insufficient, and the bearing temperature is too high, resulting in locking.

In this case, parameters such as lubricating oil level, oil pressure, and filter pressure difference can be set on the microcomputer of the compressor. In this case, the compressor can be automatically stopped for protection.

4. Improper operation: The operating procedures are not strictly followed, and the compressor is not carefully checked before starting, such as whether the valve is open and whether the preparations are done well; after starting, when the lubricating oil temperature does not reach 30 degrees, the air compressor will be quickly loaded, The compressor will be loaded quickly, which will accelerate the wear of the teeth and bearing surfaces of the positive and negative rotors and the wear of the bearings. When the wear reaches a certain level, the tooth surface and bearing will be damaged, and the rotor will not rotate.
