The quality of the air compressor oil plays an important role in the performance of the air compressor. Good quality oil has good oxidation resistance and stability, and the cooling and lubrication effect is also very good. Therefore, when choosing air compressor oil, you should choose high-quality pure oil.
The normal running-in period of a new machine is 500 hours. After 500 hours, the oil should be replaced. After that, the oil should be replaced every 3,000 hours of operation. How to change the air compressor oil?
1. Start the air compressor and let it run for 3 minutes to raise the oil temperature to above 50°C
2. Stop the operation, open the oil valve when the pressure in the oil and gas barrel is kept at 0.1MPa, and connect the oil storage tank at the same time.
3. Slowly open the oil release valve, and close the oil release valve after the oil is discharged.
4. Open the oil filter, put the oil in each pipeline and replace it with a new filter element
5. Open the filling port, inject new oil and check for leakage.
It is necessary to pay attention to prohibiting the mixing and extended use of air compressor oil.
